Enhancements to Add-On Revenue Report (Dynamic)

The Add-On Revenue report (Dynamic) in Stay has been modified to display all reservations in the selected date range. Previously, only reservations associated with add-ons were displayed.

To support this enhancement, the following changes have been made:

  • The name of the report has been modified as Addon & Reservation Revenue Report.

  • The report can be generated for a maximum date range of 365 days.

  • A new multi-select drop-down list, Reservation Status, has been added that displays the following options:

    • Reserved

    • Inhouse

    • Departed

    • Cancelled

    • No Show

    • No Show Guaranteed

  • A new checkbox, Show all reservations, has been added. This checkbox is not selected by default.

    • When selected, the Add-Ons drop-down list will be disabled for selection. When the report is generated, all reservations in the selected date range for the selected statuses will be displayed, irrespective of whether an add-on has been added to the reservation or not.

    • When this checkbox is not selected, the Add-Ons drop-down list will be enabled for selection. When the report is generated, all reservations in the selected date range that are associated with the selected add-ons will be displayed.
